At mritunjoy.in, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our Ayurvedic products. Due to the nature of our offerings (health and personal care), we maintain a transparent return and refund policy as outlined below.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Note: We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Items purchased during clearance sales
- Products without original packaging or seal
- Perishable or consumable items unless damaged on arrival
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@mritunjoy.in within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide your order number, clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect), and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and approve or reject the return based on eligibility.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions or arrange pickup (where available).
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- You received a damaged, expired, or wrong product
- The item is out of stock and you choose not to wait for a restock
- An order is cancelled before it is shipped
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect product, please follow the return process, and we will send a replacement if eligible.
6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping.
- If the return is due to customer preference or mistake, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
